IMPORTANT COVID-19 ADVICE TO STUDENTS

Apsara yoga studio is a little haven of peace and wellbeing for all of us & we want you to feel welcome & safe.

Let's begin practicing together but please respect these guidelines:

  PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND CLASS IF:

​

  • YOU HAVE TRAVELLED ABROAD, PLEASE ADHERE TO THE 14 DAY QUARANTINE  

  • YOU HAVE BEEN IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH A COVID-19 CONFIRMED PATIENT 

  • YOU ARE UNWELL, EVEN WITH A COMMON COLD OR COUGH, OR IF SOMEONE IN THE FAMILY IS UNWELL

​

  • Please bring your own mats & props 

  • All payments to be made online, no cash accepted

  • Sign in before the class

  • Wash your hands or use hand sanitiser before coming into the studio

  • Maintain hygiene & social distancing practices at all times

​

  A strict COVID-19 cleaning & infection control program will be adhered to in the studio at all times!

​

REMEMBER THAT PRACTICING YOGA HELPS TO BOOST THE IMMUNE SYSTEM & IMPROVES OVERALL WELLBEING!

ADVICE TO STUDENTS 

​

  • Please inform the instructor of any health problems or injuries prior to starting the class

  • Wear clean comfortable clothing and be mindful of the observance of cleanliness (soucha) for class

  • Try to leave a gap between your last meal and yoga

  • If you are pregnant, notify the instructor for asana modifications

  • All equipment is provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer

  • If you sweat a lot please bring a towel and be mindful of your sweat

  • Please bring a water bottle.... and a smile! :-)
