~ Practice at your own Convenience ~
Hello Beautiful Mummas!
As a Yoga teacher specialised in the teaching of Pregnancy Yoga, Yoga for Active Birth and Postnatal Yoga, my passion lies in educating, supporting & empowering women during pregnancy, birth and thereafter.
Whilst I take some time off to welcome my own baby into this world, I would like to continue supporting Mums-to-Be on their special & precious pregnancy journey.
So I would like to invite you to join me for a 6 week online Prenatal Yoga - Birth Preparation Programme.
Yes, that's right ~ you can practice at any time that suits you, from the comfort of your very own home. No need to find someone to mind your other little ones, or rush to get to class on time!
And, you have the added benefit of practicing each class as many times per week as you wish!
~ Prepare for a Positive Birth in your own time ~
All expectant mums are welcome to these nurturing classes, regardless of your previous yoga or pregnancy experience.
The programme will help you to keep strong, toned and flexible during pregnancy, whilst providing you with a ‘toolbox’ of techniques to support you through childbirth and early motherhood.
Each class is a combination of yoga, birth preparation, breathing techniques & mindfulness, designed to help prepare expectant mums for a calm, positive & empowering birth.
So I encourage you to join me for this Online Prenatal Yoga~ Birth Preparation programme.....
