Apsara Yoga offers Private yoga classes to give practitioners the opportunity to develop and deepen their personal yoga practice of asana, pranayama and meditation.  


Whether you are new to yoga, a regular yoga student looking to enhance the progression of your practice, or if you’re in need of some Yoga Therapy (a gentle but powerful physical/mental/emotional rehabilitation).


Classes are uniquely designed and adapted to suit your level, physical body and personal needs. Together we will develop your personal goals and priorities and create an individual, diverse yoga programme tailored to your needs.

The balance and range of yoga teaching styles at Apsara Yoga allows practitioners to have their personalised needs met in the most effective and enjoyable way.

Classes on offer include:

  • Hatha Flow – a slow flowing practice linking the breath with movement for beginners and regular practitioners

  • Vinyasa Flow – a faster flowing practice linking the breath with movement for beginners and regular practitioners

  • Yin Yoga – yoga and pranayama/breath techniques for beginners and regular practitioners

  • Yang-to-Yin – a combination of vinyasa flow and yin yoga

  • Therapy Yoga – yoga and meditation for a gentle but powerful physical/mental/emotional rehabilitation

  • Pre / Postnatal – yoga and meditation for both mums-to-be and new mums with their bubs

Small group and one-on-one private classes also available for Special Occasions:
