• The Pre & Postnatal yoga programmes consist of 1 class per week for 6 consecutive weeks.

• The Pre & Postnatal yoga programmes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• After completion of the Pre & Postnatal yoga programmes, casual classes are an option if space permits.  However, you are more than welcome to book in for another 6 week programme. 

• Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other pass.

• Class passes are issued with an expiry date at the time of purchase. To avoid disappointment please make sure you use your pass within the prescribed timeframe.

• Private class packages are valid for 6 months.

• Extensions of expiry dates and refunds of class passes or programmes may be issued under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Apsara Yoga (e.g. work commitments, planned holidays, illness or bereavement). In these situations please contact Apsara Yoga to discuss your circumstance.

• In the unusual event that Apsara Yoga classes are cancelled, class pass expiry dates will be extended by one week (for cancellations of one to seven days) or two weeks (for cancellations of eight to fourteen days).

• In the unforseen event that Apsara Yoga classes are cancelled and do not resume you will receive a refund for any outstanding classes left on your pass given that the class pass is still current.

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or re-schedule to avoid being charged.

Fertility Massage Cancellation Policy

Where possible, I will always endeavour to accommodate you should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  However, where a late cancellation cannot be filled, the following fees will apply:

• 12 hours or less full payment

• 24 hours 50% payment
