CLASS PASS POLICY

• The 6 week Pre & Postnatal yoga programmes consist of 1 class per week within a 6 week timeframe.  To avoid disappointment please make sure you attend each class per week as missed classes will be forfeited, unless prior arrangement has been made.

• The Pre & Postnatal yoga programmes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other pass.

• Class passes are issued with an expiry date at the time of purchase. To avoid disappointment please make sure you use your pass within the prescribed timeframe.

• Extensions of expiry dates and refunds for class passes and programmes may be issued under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Apsara Yoga (e.g. work commitments, planned holidays, illness or bereavement). In these situations please contact Apsara Yoga to discuss your circumstance.

• In the unusual event that Apsara Yoga classes are cancelled, class pass expiry dates will be extended by one week (for cancellations of one to seven days) or two weeks (for cancellations of eight to fourteen days).

• In the unforseen event that Apsara Yoga classes are cancelled and do not resume you will receive a refund for any outstanding classes left on your pass given that the class pass is still current.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONCESSION PASSES

• Concessions are available for full-time students, seniors and pensioners only.  

• Please provide a valid ID such as a seniors, pension or student card upon arrival at the class.

PRIVATE CLASS BOOKINGS

• Private class packages are valid for 6 months only.

• All private classes need to be booked in advance via the Private Class Booking Form.  

• If you are unable to attend, please cancel via the Contact Us form or give me a call to make your place available to others.

• Failure to cancel or a “no-show” will result in you being charged for the pre-booked class.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FERTILITY MASSAGE THERAPY

 

• All Fertility Massage Treatments need to be booked in advance via the Fertility Massage Booking Form.  

• If you are unable to attend, please cancel via the Contact Us form or give me a call to make your place available to others.

• Where possible, I will always endeavour to accommodate you should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• However, where a late cancellation cannot be filled the following fees will apply:

  • 12 hours or less full payment

  • 24 hours 50% payment

 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Apsara Yoga reserves the right to cancel, change or vary classes, teachers and workshops. While we endeavour to give you as much notice as we can, this may not always be possible. Please check the on-line timetable for up-to-date information on all classes and events. 

• Yoga students acknowledge and agree that the practice of yoga includes inherent risks and that his/her attendance at the Studio is conditional upon completion of an Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risks and Release of Liability Agreement.

• In attending classes and treatments at Apsara Yoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives may sue or make any other claims of any other kind whatsoever against Apsara Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/ loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
